You choose. Every room is sold on three plans: E.P. is room only, C.P. adds breakfast, and M.A.P. adds breakfast and dinner. All three prices are shown on the room, and the one you pick is what you pay. Taxes are added on top.

Banganga, where the climb begins, is about 1.2 km away — a short walk or a five-minute auto ride. The bus stand is closer still.
